Initial impressions were very good,staff very helpful, very luxurious
Air condtioning in rooms did not work, this was throughout the hotel, it had been disconnected. Therefore we had to have out balcony door open all night because it was too hot and stuffy and this was in January, I hate to think what it will be like when the weather improves
